Cancellation Policy
We value the satisfaction of our customers or clients and try to help them as far as possible.
Therefore we have adopted a very liberal cancellation policy.
1. 1.If in any case you have to cancel an order, please do so within 12 hours of placing the order.
2. If you cancel your order request before your product has been shipped or service has been scheduled, we will refund the entire amount.
3. Refunds, in case of valid cancellation, will be made in the same form in which the payment is received within 30 working days from the date of cancellation of order.
Return Policy
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at astrology@pradeepvigastrology.com .mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.After receiving returned product we will send you New product within 10 days.
